Forms Kit 1

We received several requests from a variety of people visiting this website and on forums with a request to add more free design kits. To start of this list of new freebies, we are happy to present you with a forms kit. Many designers would like to use their own attractive looking forms on their website; to help ease the process, here are several forms styles that we think you might find useful. We are providing only a list of styles but you can play around with the Styles tool in Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop to match the colors to your liking. All icons we used are from FindIcons.com, a wonderful location for free icons.

This kit was created using Adobe Fireworks CS5. The font used is called Lato and can be downloaded from Google Fonts and Font Squirrel. The archive contains editable Adobe Fireworks file (.png), Adobe Photoshop file (.psd) and Adobe Illustrator file (.ai).
